Callidus has completed electrical and mechanical engineering for many diagonistic imaging suites in hospitals, as well as family practice medical facilities.

Callidus has completed many projects in institutional buildings, primarily for the Government of Ontario, through their realty management office: Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC).  ORC has contracts with various project management agencies for managing renovations, additions, new buildings and equipment upgrades.

Callidus Engineering has designed systems for various buildings in the transportation sector, including train stations, airport hangars.  Some clients in this sector include GO Transit, Via Rail and Air Canada Jazz.
